Care Coordinator

Responsibilities associated with Essential Scheduling:

• Pairing suitable caregivers with clients based on specific needs, criteria, preferences, and experience
• Serving as a communication link between clients and field personnel to ensure harmonious relationships
• Ensuring the availability of caregiving team members, maintaining updated records, and promptly updating computer data
• Making informed decisions and judgments while efficiently organizing assignments
• Adapting to urgent situations, such as emergencies or scheduling changes, and promptly reporting to the relevant office employee or field personnel
• Supervising field personnel activities, assessing performance, and taking necessary actions to ensure accountability and compliance
• Strategically crafting schedules in a dynamic environment with a client-centered approach
• Collaborating closely with branch team members to foster a high-energy and cohesive hub of activity

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience
• Previous experience in scheduling, medical, and telephone roles is advantageous, along with computer literacy
• Strong organizational and time management skills, effective communication abilities, and attention to detail
